Custom Clothing

How long does it take to create custom orders?

Our custom orders take around 7-10 business days to process and get ready for shipment. This might take longer around the holiday season and can depend on the availability of your custom item. 


Can I personalize anything in your store?

We do not offer customization on all of our boutique clothing. Shop our vast selection of items you can personalize here!

We ship both domestically and internationally.

How long does shipping take?

Our boutique clothing items typically ship within 1-2 business days. Please keep in mind that personalized and custom items are typically shipped out within 3-10 business days, depending on the item(s) purchased.

Do you offer pickup?

Yes! If you’re located around Carriere, Mississippi, we offer in-store pickup on select orders.

You can collect your order at 230 W Union Road, Carriere, MS during our storefront business hours.

We will send a pickup text message to your cell phone once your order is packaged and ready to pickup. Please wait for the pickup text before you come to pickup! 


What are your opening hours?

Our brick-and-mortar store is open from 11:00 am - 5:00 pm on Wednesday through Friday.  We’re closed Saturday through Tuesday.

Our online store is always open!


Can I return or exchange an item?

All returned items must still have the original tags on them and must be unwashed and unworn. We reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange.

Merchandise may be returned for store credit only within 14 days from the purchase date. Credit will only be applied for the amount paid for the product. Credit will only be applied for the item, not for any shipping or handling charges.

Due to our limited quantities and high demand for our products, we are not offering exchanges at this time.

What is Afterpay and how do I use it?

Afterpay is a “shop now, pay later” service that allows our customers to make purchases now and then pay later for their order in four equal installments with zero interest and no fees.

Shop our website and add your favorite items to your cart. At checkout, choose Afterpay as your payment method. From there, you will be directed to Afterpay’s website where you will register for an account (if this is your first time using the service) or sign-in using your log-in credentials. After this has been completed, then proceed with your order on our website.

Please note, at any time, you are able to log in to your Afterpay account to view your payment schedule or to make a payment before your next payment due date.
